What is it?
Shop Notifier (available for iPhone/iPad and Android) is our new mobile app that will alert shoppers when your scheduler has sent them a SASSIE shop offer. With Shop Notifier, you’ll reach more shoppers and you’ll reach them faster, and it’s FREE!
Whom is it available to?
For the next two weeks, we will be conducting a “soft launch” of Shop Notifier to allow for initial feedback and “real world” testing. We invite your staff (and any of your favorite shoppers) to download Shop Notifier from the following providers:

When can I expect a large number of shoppers to be using Shop Notifier?
Assuming that Shop Notifier works well for everyone, we will do a full launch in early January, publicizing our apps to all SASSIE shoppers via press releases, email campaigns and various social media platforms.
What do Schedulers have to do to send shops to Shop Notifier?
Here’s the best part: Your Schedulers don’t have to do ANYTHING differently!
*Your Schedulers will create sessions EXACTLY as they always have.
*Our AutoScheduler will send emails to matching shoppers EXACTLY as it does now.
*Our AutoScheduler will ALSO send those shoppers an alert to their mobile device (if it has Shop Notifier installed).
What do Shoppers have to do to receive Shop Offers via Shop Notifier?
In the app, shoppers must enter one or more email addresses (and click on a link in a verification email).
ALL shop offers going to that email address (from any mystery shopping company) will ALSO be sent directly to that mobile device, reaching shoppers much faster than the shop offer emails.
Shoppers can then apply for shops on their mobile devices.
Shoppers can set “Alert Frequency” and “Blackout Periods” to prevent Shop Notifier from disturbing them too frequently or during inconvenient times of the day or night.
I know some shoppers don’t receive shop offer emails because their ISP sometimes blocks SASSIE shop offers. Will those shoppers now be able to get offers through Shop Notifier?
Shop Notifier communicates directly with mobile devices – no pesky middlemen to muck up the works!
Can shoppers turn off email shop offers and ONLY get offers through Shop Notifier?
If a shopper has set the “GET SHOP OFFER EMAILS” setting to NO in their shopper profile, they will NOT get offers through Shop Notifier either.
Note: We may add a separate “Shop Notifier” control at a later date if there is enough demand for it.
