What can this service do for my clients?
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Every month (or every day, if your client opts for the deluxe package), our service collects all of the reviews, ratings and feedback from over 50 platforms. The data is aggregated, scored and displayed in 3 areas:
1. Social Media “Shop View”
This “Social Media Shop View” reports all of the social media ratings and feedback for a single location for a given month (or day).
The data is imported in the familiar SASSIE “Shop View” format so that all of the options available to regular shops are available here (triggers, themes, Chameleon widgets, etc.).

In the “survey” section of the Social Media Shop View, the individual components of the three sectional scores are displayed:
2. Social Ratings (all reviews for one location for this time period)
A direct link to the original posting (on Yelp, Google, etc) allows for quick responses to any review.
For example, the OBVIOUSLY INACCURATE review above (which hilariously proclaims Peyton Manning’s superiority to Tom Brady) warrants an immediate response to maintain the brand integrity of the New England Patriots, errrr, Dunkin Donuts!
