Just when you thought the Dragon personal reporting suite couldn’t get any better, we added new features and improved several more! Now you can make your reports even more meaningful, creating eye-catching displays that shows all of your information at a glance.
We’ll be rolling out several in-depth updates in the coming weeks, but first we have five updates from the wonderful world of widgets. Stick with us ’til the end, because we have some great new additions:
1) Filters now include ULGs and Waves
In addition to the standard Date, Survey, and Level filters, you can now filter your reports by specific Waves or Unlimited Location Groups (ULGs) right at the top of your dashboard.
Here we’re filtering results by our two ULGs: Drive Thru and No Drive Thru:
Here we’re filtering by Waves to compare different mystery shopping scenarios:
You can also set your Dragon widgets to filter by ULGs or Waves in the Widget Settings dropdown menu:
When you look at your widgets, they will automatically display for the ULG or wave you choose (here, Franchise-Owned):
2) Net Promoter Score®
The Net Promoter Score® is a powerful marketing metric that measures whether customers are likely to recommend your client’s services to others. We have created an easy-to-read widget so your client can measure customer loyalty in a glance:
Although this widget is usually used for “Would you recommend?” and “Would you return” questions with answers from 0-10, it technically can be applied to any multiple choice question with 11 answers.
For a more detailed description of the Net Promoter Score® and how this widget can help you, please visit: http://marketing.sassieshop.com/net_promoter_score/
3) Improved Improvable Questions widget!:
The Improvable Questions widget shows questions that have lost the most points across all of the shops you have selected in your filters. It also tells you what the overall score would have been if those points had not been lost. You can now add as many questions as you like – you are no longer limited to the top 5.
4) Default drilldown in the Ranking report
Now you can set the Ranking report to automatically show whichever level you choose. You can also limit the number of levels you can drill down to. This also carries over to any pdf views.
In this example, we’ve autoset the drilldown to Regions, and limited it to 2 levels below.
5) Key Question Widget
The Key Question Widget now supports averageable, non-multiple-choice questions, like measurement or currency. Now your clients can see the responses to even more of the questions that matter most to them!
We hope you’re excited to give these new features a test drive! As always, to learn more about the exciting features that Dragon offers, please visit our Dragon site.
Stay tuned for more Dragon updates!
