Our Dragon Development Team (headed by Dave Gucwa and Marc Galbraith) has been churning out new releases faster than Miley Cyrus’ iPhone (OMG, JK!), much faster than we can actually publicize them.
So here’s a rundown of the latest goodies from v3, v4 and the upcoming v5 release (expected on Dec 10th):
NEW WIDGETS
NET PROMOTER SCORE (upcoming in v5)
This popular metric is coming to Dragon! Track “Promoters”, “Passives” and “Detractors” from a “Likely to Recommend” question in a SASSIE Survey and deliver Net Promoter Scores instantly to your client:
Highlight the responses to a crucial “key” question:
WAVE COMPARISON (available now)
Compare waves for a specific date range:
YEAR OVER YEAR (available now)
Track current performance vs. performance in previous years:

RENAME / HIDE TABS
Dragon’s 4 tabs are just a “Serving Suggestion”! You (or any Client Master/Supervisor) can rename or hide them to their liking:
Navigate to a tab and click on the title
Type in the new title
Click on the eye to show or hide the whole tab (Note: views that are shared with other users can’t be hidden)
Deleting all characters on a tab will revert to the default label

SHOW PEER TO PEER SCORES
Alice, the District A Manager sees that she got an 85% score. Is that a good score? Who knows?
In Dragon, Alice can see her peers’ scores: Bill (District B), Chris (District C) and Daria (District D) got 90%, 75% and 70%.
Alice NOW knows that her district’s score is pretty good but she needs to improve to be the best in her region.
Showing real time “peer to peer scores” is a growing industry trend, giving much needed context to every manager’s score – and extra motivation and attention to improving their mystery shopping performance (obviously, it NEVER hurts to have clients more focused on mystery shopping scores!)
Dragon’s hierarchical widgets default to “SHOW PEER TO PEER SCORES” (managers can always see the scores BELOW them, of course).
If one of your clients DOESN’T want this information to be shown, send us a tracker and we’ll turn it off for that client.
PDFs NOW EMAILED FROM CUSTOM DOMAINS
Several sharp-eyed folks noticed that the PDFs got emailed from an address that didn’t match their custom domain. We’ve adjusted that!

The Company Overview widget now shows [none] bars for locations not attached to any level and lets the user continue drilling down
Dragon’s Home link will now log you into SASSIE if you weren’t logged in already

Views now have a default survey associated with them
You can now edit views (name and default survey only)
Level 2+ managers can now share views with their hierarchy (previously only client masters could)
Now showing non-scored but averageable questions (such as time length questions)
