Once a survey has been defined and created for a client, questions may be added to the survey.
To add questions to a survey:
From the Client Admin page, find the name of the survey.
Select Question List from the Form Settings column drop down.
Select GO.
To add a question select the question format from the drop down. There are several question types available.
Select the position of the question on the form. Questions can bl placed at the beginning of the form, the end of the form or between any other questions.
Select Add.
Input the necessary information for the question type.
You will need to input the text for the question as well as other information that is dependent on the format you have chosen.
