Disqualify Shoppers for Specific Client or Location
Bruce Willis may be a Die Hard fan of mystery shopping, but when it comes to those haircutting shops you have to fill, Baldy Bruce isn’t right for the part. With our new Shopper Disqualification feature, you can avoid an embarrasing miscast by disqualifying Bruce (and the rest of the baldheaded brigade) from shopping that client or location!
Shopper Disqualification (aka Shopper Blacklist) was the #1 most common UserVoice request for 2011 with 59 votes, so a hearty “Yippee Kay Yay……” to all who made it happen!
This feature is currently available on our UAT (User Acceptance Testing) server to preview and will soon be LIVE. Our UAT server will serve as the “staging” site for core code, and thus will be a place to preview certain core features/modifications before they go LIVE. You can access the UAT site by inserting “uat” before “sassieshop” in your system’s URL (e.g. if your company is Service Universe, and your site’s URL is http://sassieshop.com/2su, then the UAT URL for your company will be http://uat.sassieshop.com/2su).
Once on the main Admin page, you can access the Shopper Disqualifications feature from the Shopper Tools dropdown:
The Shopper Disqualifications page can be used to Search for DQs or to Add a DQ for a shopper:
Clicking on Shopper’s name in list of DQs will produce a pop-up with shopper’s info, allowing you to access shopper’s log and profile:
Once a shopper has been disqualified from a shop, this is how he/she will appear to Schedulers on the Process Apps page:
Modifications to Kiosk Cleaner
Before, the Kiosk Cleaner would automatically delete all shops with a status of “New” that stayed inactive for more than 2 hours. Now, the Kiosk Cleaner will only delete “New” shops that have no questions that have been answered and have stayed inactive for 24 hours.
