We released an update to the Locations Admin page and the location importer/updater. Now, if you change or add an address for a location, the system will try to re-geocode it right away so the coordinates on the Job Board map reflect the change you made.
If the location gets updated, then the manager who made the change is automatically sent an email alerting them of the accuracy of the location’s coordinates. So, if a location is accurate to “City”, then you should modify the location’s address to get a better accuracy.
If you update addresses in bulk, rather than getting one email for each location, you will get one email for each client you update.
We will be adding an option to turn off these emails in the future, and will notify you via SASSIE news when this option becomes available.
