Ever spend an hour writing RuleZ for a zillion questions on your survey only to find that nothing works? If you’re like me, you’ll spend the next 4 hrs whispering sweet nothings to your RuleZ set in the hopes it’ll just fix itself. But for those of you short on time (and charm), we’ve developed a new RuleZ Mapper tool which shows you exactly which questions on your question list are affected by RuleZ, and how. This will make it easier to diagnose issues like rule conflicts, so now ya’ll won’t look like foolz when using RuleZ!
To use the RuleZ Mapper, simply click the RuleZ Mapper button at the bottom of your RuleZ set:
The RuleZ Mapper will then appear at the bottom of the screen, showing which question IDs are affected by which RuleZ, allowing you to more easily spot potential rule conflicts:
Presto Importer
As discussed in the last SASSIE News, when mystery shopping and customer satisfaction work together, the resulting business intelligence is far greater than either one on its own. By comparing the customer comments (from Customer Sat surveys) that stand out with those same locations’ performance on objectively measured standards (from Mystery Shopping surveys), your client can get a sense for whether their corporate standards are resulting in an improved customer experience.
Our new Presto Importer allows you to do exactly that: It will import the data you’re gathering from Presto into SASSIE, so you can see how your Presto Mobile customer sat data compares to your mystery shopping data in SASSIE.
NOTE: To use the importer, you will first need to send a support tracker asking us to link your Presto account to your SASSIE account
You can access the Presto Importer from the main Admin page under the “Manage” dropdown :
You’ll be able to select which SASSIE questions you want the Presto questions mapped with, and may skip questions you don’t wish to import:
Note: Your mappings will be saved, but for now you’ll need to run the import manually. We’re working on making the import run nightly, but that functionality is not yet complete.
