Photo DNA Whitelist
Sometimes, shoppers are asked to upload images that they don’t have (e.g. a business card), so many of you use generic–or “placeholder”–images in its place so that you can finalize the survey. Unfortunately, if your generic image is used for a number of different surveys, Photo DNA will detect each of the identical images, triggering a lengthy list of match alerts (that beast is relentless).
While you can turn off Photo DNA on specific questions that have a high likelihood of legitimate duplicate image uploads from Shoppers, until now, there was no way to turn off Photo DNA for specific images uploaded by MSPs. Our new Photo DNA whitelist feature allows you to do just that: Now you can Whitelist specific stock images so that you can finalize your reports without seeing a Photo DNA alert!

2. Locate the image you wish to Whitelist and click on it:
3. This will open a popup of the image. Simply copy and paste the URL from the image popup into a support tracker along with your request to whitelist that image:
That’s it! Our support department will do the rest!
