We have added a Review link to the Scheduler Log. To see the Review link, you must be a system admin with Reviewer access and the shop must be at or above Incomplete status.
New Training Material in CLASSIE
Hot off the press: Our SASSIE 101 pdf – designed to guide new staff through the basics of using SASSIE. It differs from our standard Training Manual in that it is far less horrifying elaborate and is a more fluid snaphot of the most basic steps involved in getting started in SASSIE (e.g. step 1: logging in, step 2: creating a new client, step 3: adding a survey to that client, etc).
It should be used as an introductory overview to orient new staff with our system, and is designed to supplement our standard Training Manual. You can access the PDF on our CLASSIE site:
Step 1: From the Main Admin screen, select CLASSIE from the Support Tracker dropdown located under the Administrators section:
Step 2: This will take you to the main CLASSIE page. The left column of the screen displays training video topics. Roll your mouse over the Chameleon tab and click on the title of the video you want to watch:
